Compete Ranking Update
My largest site received a tremendous rank increase in Compete for last month. Took a screen shot to compare it to my two biggest competitors. Total uniques last month was right at 190,000!

Hi Brent,
Is rank in compete something similar to Alexa? eg (lower numbers are better)?

Yes that is how Compete works. Some claim it’s more accurate than Alexa.

I had a ton of search engine traffic. I ranked well for a term that made the top 10 searched terms on Yahoo.com main page.

Thanks Brent for the tip. Like Ian I have been wondering how Compete Rank works. I guess my site is not showing anything yet because it is new.
